Name: Gera Pyralis
Nickname: You make it up, I'll add it.
Gender: Male
Age: 19
Hair Color/Style: Black, going just past his shoulders and hanging loosely, including a bit in front of his eyes.
Eye Color: Reddish brown
Appearance: He's rather tall and lanky, on the almost emaciated side of skinny. He wears black pants, a white shirt and a black vest, which holds several knives, including two throwing knives. He has an upturned nose, and a thin mouth that easily twists into a sardonic smirk. His stance is extremely confident, almost to the point of arrogance.
Any noticeable traits: He's got rather long, almost floppy ears. Both ears are pierced on the lobes and at the tips with studs. There is one rather nasty looking scar on his left arm. Also, though it's not noticeable because his clothes cover it, there's a black skull tattoo on his left shoulder blade. But basically, he looks like an elf!

Indepth-

Personality: Gera is a very hotheaded, mercernary type of person. He'd insult you as soon as look at you, and when he doesn't get his way, he gets extremely persistant. He will hound you when he wants something, until you give in to him, or until he gets to talk to someone over your head. On the flip side, once you get to know him, he is an almost sweet, caring sort of guy. He wouldn't actually be obvious about it, however, but shows it in a very subtle way. His hotheaded exterior hides a serious and deep personality, and a sarcastic sense of humor. Despite often clashing with other people, he is extremely loyal to those he works for, and fights with, and goes out of his way to make sure things go as planned. He is very observant and good at deciphering situations and body language.

History: Gera was born to a Gi couple that survived the raid on Cosmo Canyon, both of whom died when he was about thirteen years old. Since that time he has been honing his fighting skills, selling his blades as a mercenary. Because of his work, he has seen a lot of the world on the western continent, and some of the eastern. He prefered working in the mountains of North Corel, which led to his getting noticed by the Gold Saucer security department and his hiring as a bodyguard to Dio and other important executives at the Saucer.

Anything of Note: Gera is full blooded Gi. He's got some very limited powers inheirent, like Aerith, only geared more towards death. His most notable is the Death Sentence spell. The others are too weak to really let him use, so they are not noted.
